Samsung Browser: two new features coming with One UI 9

The Samsung Browser on Samsung devices is about to gain two new features, coming with One UI 9. The latest version of the software has been released in beta, but only for the Galaxy S26 series; however the Asian tech giant has not yet revealed all the features and some features remain hidden (even if not for long, it seems).

Analyzing the APK file of the Samsung Browser app, at least two upcoming features have emerged with the next major update. In the first case, this is Ask Anything, a feature that is part of Galaxy AI’s Browser Assist suite: it uses artificial intelligence and the user’s browsing history to answer questions.

During browsing, you can ask questions about the webpage you are viewing — or about anything else. The real-time AI inside the browser appears to be available in beta, at least based on what can be inferred from the screenshots.

The other addition concerns the option Open PDFs in Notes, found within Samsung Browser version 30.0.2.45: it does exactly what the name says, namely you can open a PDF file directly in the Samsung Notes app.

Finally, there would also be a feature to reorganize the order of the options visible in the menu by clicking on the three dots. At the moment the various novelties are not yet present in the stable version of the browser and will arrive at a later time. Anyway, the AI-related feature might be limited to only some devices, so it’s wise to wait for official details.
