The presentation date of the Xiaomi 17T series was revealed just a few hours ago, and yet it seems the picture is now complete. The two smartphones in the lineup have been at the center of a volley of leaks: an insider published images and prices for Europe, while a Russian retailer added the phones to its catalog (with the specifications). In short, it seems the flagships no longer have secrets: the launch of the brand’s first Redmi-branded over-ear headphones is also revealed.
Regarding the hardware, the Russian retailer’s page has been removed but the details have already leaked (and they match those from the rumors so far). The Xiaomi 17T offers a 6.59″ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra.
Among other features there is a triple camera setup of 50 + 50 + 12 MP with telephoto and ultra-wide, and a 6,500 mAh battery.
The larger Xiaomi 17T Pro is bigger, with slightly larger dimensions and a 6.83″ AMOLED display. In this case the battery rises to 7,000 mAh and the camera system gains periscopic zoom. The processor is the Dimensity 9500, the latest flagship SoC from MediaTek.
Below you can find the full technical sheets: clearly to be taken with caution, since we are dealing with leaks.
An insider revealed the rumored prices for European markets: the Xiaomi 17T would cost €749 and €799 (12/256 GB, 12/512 GB) while the bigger Pro would rise to €999 and €1,099 (12/512 GB, 12 GB/1 TB). In addition to the pair of smartphones, the Redmi Headphones Neo — the first over-ear headphones from Xiaomi — are also expected to debut — in some countries included as a gift with the phones.
