The flagship line from vivo is expanding with yet another model, a device that should represent the latest addition to a fairly rich lineup. The sixth smartphone in the family is vivo X300 E, a solution aimed at the mid-to-high end with a refreshed look and Zeiss optics: here are all the details on specs, price and launch (for now only in China).
Just like with the X300 FE model, here too the aesthetics diverge from those of the other phones. The huge circular camera module of X300 FE, vivo X300, X300 Pro, X300 Ultra e X300s cede il posto ad un’isola squadrata contenente un trittico di sensori, il flash LED e il logo Zeiss.
In addition to the black and white variants, there is also a third orange color: a shade in line with the summer period, already teased by official teasers.
The new vivo X300 E is the only one in the family to mount a display of 6.59″ (Flat AMOLED) diagonal, placing it as a middle ground in terms of size. The display has a 1.5K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate, with an integrated under-display fingerprint reader.
The performance is handled by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, while on the battery side we have a capacious battery of 7,200 mAh with 90W fast charging. For the cameras there is a triple sensor array of 50 + 8 + 50 MP (with ultra-wide and telephoto), together with a 50 MP selfie camera.
The price of vivo X300 E starts from 4,799 yuan, about €621 at the current exchange rate. We are looking at a solid device both in terms of design and its specs; for now there are no details on a possible international debut.
