From China to Italy, the new Xiaomi Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 debuts in our country in a surprise launch and is immediately available for purchase at a discounted price. It is a slim accessory, with a minimalist design, perfect to accompany your smartphone with MagSafe technology!
A few days after the launch event for the Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra, scheduled for February 28, the official store welcomes a new gadget—but this time the Chinese company gives a nod to Cupertino fans. Equipped with an aluminum body with a thickness of only 8.7 mm, the Xiaomi Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 presents itself as a gadget with an elegant, refined aesthetic, lightweight and compact.
Inside the chassis there is room for a 5,000 mAh lithium cobalt oxide battery, aimed at longevity: the company promises over 80% capacity after 300 charging cycles. On the back we have four micro-holes with four LED indicators, to indicate when the device is in operation.
In addition to functioning as a power bank for wireless charging, the accessory is compatible with products equipped with magnetic charging. Around the coil there are 17 neodymium magnets for a force up to 10 N, so you always have a firm grip.
In wired mode it provides up to 22.5W of output power, while wireless charging supports 5W, 7.5W, 10W, and 15W. Additionally, it is possible to charge two devices simultaneously (via wireless and wired).
Xiaomi Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 is designed for broad compatibility: it works seamlessly with iPhones and with phones from Xiaomi, Huawei, Honor, Samsung, and more. As for the price, the list price is €34.90: at the time of writing, the gadget is on promotion at €32.90 in the official store.
