Only a handful of hours have passed since the Redmi K100 Pro and Pro Max launch, but there is already talk of their international debut, with more precise leaks and fewer guesses. A well-known insider has tinkered with the HyperOS code, identifying the upcoming POCO smartphones and revealing the usual limit.
As with other models, during the move from China to Global, the battery will be downgraded.
The usual Kacper Skrzypek, a prominent figure when it comes to Xiaomi leaks, has revealed it. The insider has combed HyperOS, uncovering important clues about POCO F9 Pro and F9 Ultra. Remember that the two smartphones have already been spotted in Global version, thanks to various certifications.
The global launch is certain: in addition to the codes 2607APCA5G 26077PC53G, the commercial names of the two phones also appear.
According to what emerged from Xiaomi’s software, F9 Pro will have a battery of 6,330 mAh while the elder F9 Ultra will rise to 8,050 mAh. A respectable capacity, but far from the 8,580 mAh and 9,070 mAh of Redmi K100 Pro and Pro Max.
Our POCOs continue to support wired fast charging at 100W while there are still no certainties for wireless charging at 50W. With the latest Redmi generation Redmi pulled off a coup: even the base K100 Pro includes wireless charging support. We hope the feature can also find space on our POCO F9 Pro.
