Huawei Mate XT 2 si mostra nei render ufficiali, i pre-ordini sono aperti in Cina

The anticipation surrounding Huawei’s new foldable smartphone is about to come to an end. The company has officially opened pre-orders in China for the Huawei Mate XT 2, unveiling the full design at the same time through a series of detailed renders.

The device, whose official debut on the Chinese market is scheduled for September 7, showcases novel design choices, generous memory configurations, and a top-of-the-line hardware package.

Huawei Mate XT 2 arrives in a week, here are the beautiful renders

Looking at the images released by the manufacturer, a clear evolution emerges compared to the previous generation. Unlike the original model and the Huawei Mate XTs, the new tri-fold adopts an inward-closing mechanism, integrating for the first time a practical external screen.

This change allows you to interact with the notifications without having to open the large main panel. On the back, however, the nod to the past is evident: the camera module retains the iconic octagonal shape that was already appreciated on the first Mate XT.

Regarding purchasing options, Chinese customers can already pre-order the smartphone by choosing among three sought-after colors, namely Dark Black, Pure White and the distinctive shade Jin Purple.

The base configurations available all offer a solid 16 GB of RAM, paired with storage of 512 GB or 1 TB.

The manufacturer has, however, decided to broaden the offering by introducing two special editions for the most demanding users. The first consists of a variant equipped with an opaque display designed to enhance privacy, available exclusively in the configuration with 1 TB of internal storage.

The second represents the absolute flagship option, equipped with massive storage of 2 TB and accompanied by a capacitive stylus included directly in the sale package.

Shifting focus to the hardware specifications, current information indicates that the device’s processor will be the powerful Kirin 9050 Pro, a chip designed to smoothly handle the operations required by a multi-screen system.

Autonomy will rely on a capacious 6,000 mAh battery, a remarkable value considering the complex management of internal space in a product equipped with two hinges.

Finally, the details that have emerged suggest that the rear camera system will borrow the configuration and technology already seen on the Huawei Mate X7.

Although exact data on the individual sensors are not yet available, the shots are expected to be of exceptionally high quality, confirming the new foldable’s strong multimedia focus.
