Reolink launches the OMVI series with triple lens up to 24 MP and 360° coverage

Reolink has officially launched the OMVI series, a revolutionary line of triple-lens cameras that combines a dual upper lens with a lower Pan-Tilt (PT) lens.

Presented on May 19 in Munich, the range is designed to meet the growing needs of home and business security, offering complete 360° coverage, intelligent synchronized tracking, unprecedented clarity up to 24 MP, and advanced AI features integrated directly into the device to protect every corner of your spaces.

In addition to the OMVI series, Reolink also launches the Power-Efficient line, developed in collaboration with Qualcomm, to offer energy-conscious wireless surveillance, with easy installation and long-lasting battery performance.

Reolink OMVI Series: complete coverage, sharper details, smarter tracking

At the heart of the OMVI series is a dual-lens panoramic camera, paired with a dedicated pan-tilt lens for tracking. This configuration allows the system to maintain a continuous overall view while focusing on moving subjects.

Thanks to the SyncTrack technology, the pan-tilt lens automatically locks onto objects detected by the panoramic camera, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted tracking across the monitored area.

The Auto Framing feature further enhances this capability, performing dynamic zoom, centering the subject and keeping focus on it until it leaves the scene.

Users can view both the overall panorama and close-up footage with tracking via the Reolink app or desktop client. Additionally, simply tapping any point on the panoramic image allows you to instantly steer the pan-tilt lens and obtain a more detailed analysis of the selected area.

Thanks to AI ReoNeura, the series also includes AI-powered local video search, enabling quick and intuitive retrieval of footage. This is complemented by precise on-device detection, helping to reduce false alarms.

The OMVI series also supports local storage, including microSD cards up to 512 GB and Reolink NVR systems. All features are available without subscriptions or monthly fees.

Thanks to these capabilities, the OMVI 3i WiFi and OMVI 3i PoE models make advanced multi-lens surveillance accessible to a wide range of users.

Both devices feature an 18 MP triple-lens system, combining a 10 MP dual-lens panoramic camera with an 8 MP pan-tilt lens, delivering full 360° monitoring. With WiFi and PoE connectivity options, the OMVI 3i provides flexible installation across different home and commercial environments, offering an ideal balance of performance, accessibility, and ease of use.

At the top of the range sits the flagship OMVI X16 PoE model — honored with the CES 2026 Innovation Award and recently awarded the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 — which takes performance to an even higher level.

Its 24 MP triple-lens system combines a 16 MP dual-lens panoramic camera with a 4K/8 MP pan-tilt lens featuring 16× optical zoom, maintaining true 4K clarity even at the farthest details during zoom. The three-motor design enables continuous 360° horizontal rotation and a vertical tilt up to 95°, delivering exceptional coverage and unmatched tracking performance, ideal for large-scale or high-security scenarios.

Power-Efficient Series

Reolink has developed the Power-Efficient series, composed of battery-powered cameras and doorbells designed to offer compact, intuitive, and cost-effective installation from a power-consumption perspective.

Thanks to the integration of the ultra-low-power Wi‑Fi Qualcomm® QCC730 solution, Power-Efficient devices guarantee up to 96% more autonomy than industry standards, providing reliable protection for multiple home contexts while minimizing energy consumption.

Leading the range are two flagship models: the compact and versatile Argus MagiCam and Video Doorbell (2nd generation).

Argus MagiCam is a 2 MP battery-powered, fully wireless, portable cube-designed camera, designed to offer maximum flexibility. The magnetic mounting system enables extremely simple installation and repositioning, while the onboard human detection ensures precise notifications. Coupled with advanced power management, it delivers up to 9 months of battery life¹.

Video Doorbell 2nd generation improves entry security with a head-to-toe 4 MP 1:1 view and on-device smart detection for people, vehicles, animals, and packages, offering reliable real-time monitoring.

Its flexible power options — rechargeable battery (up to 10 months of autonomy) or wired connection to an existing doorbell system for 24/7 continuous recording — make it adaptable to different home configurations.

The Power-Efficient series also includes Video Doorbell SE, a 3 MP WiFi doorbell with a 4:3 viewing format, designed for simple and everyday doorway monitoring, along with the new indoor PT camera E1 Swift, designed to help users keep an eye on their pets and provide peace of mind for parents with newborns and babies.

Availability and pricing in Italy

OMVI 3i PoE is available today at €289.99. OMVI 3i WiFi will be available in Europe from July 20 at €299.99. OMVI X16 PoE will be launched in Q3 2026, starting at €450.

Argus MagiCam is already available at €54.99, while Video Doorbell (2nd generation), Video Doorbell SE and E1 Swift will be available in Q3 2026.
