After the scattered hints over the past weeks, here comes the official confirmation. The OPPO Reno 16 series is ready for a Global debut and is also coming to Italy. Moreover, in conjunction with the launch, OPPO announced the internationally renowned girl group BABYMONSTER as new Reno Ambassadors for select markets.

The Chinese company has showcased the 3D Pop Planet Design that characterizes the OPPO Reno 16 series, with a bold and flashy style inspired by cosmic imagery and the idea that every individual is a lively “little planet“. The presentation date is set for July 1st, so the launch event is just around the corner.

As for the specifications, there are currently no official details: meanwhile there are rumors, between leaks and even the EU energy label (which has revealed important details about the batteries).

Remember that the series has already debuted in China, but the only certainty is represented by the design: part of the technical specifications is expected to change when moving to the Global version.

Anyway, the company will unveil further details about the Reno 16 lineup, including its AI-powered creative features, in the run-up to the official launch scheduled to begin on July 1st.

It remains to be seen if there will be other surprises: the Global official site also lists the release of three accessories (the OPPO Bubble rear mini display, Enco Air 5s and Enco Air 5) but at the moment we don’t know if they will arrive in Italy.

On the occasion of the debut of the new OPPO Reno 16, the brand has launched the Testa e Resta initiative: users will be able to register until June 28 by filling out the dedicated form available on this page. Registration provides early access to purchasing one of the smartphones in the series, with a 30% discount.

The initiative also provides for an extended return period of up to 90 days, giving users the possibility to test the device without worries.

Alongside it, there is a €0.99 voucher, thanks to which users will be able to obtain a €50 discount voucher to be used during the launch phase on the entire Reno 16 series, together with special offers dedicated to students.
