Alongside the flagship Xiaomi 17 Max, the Chinese manufacturer has announced another novelty for Mi Fans—especially those passionate about its most iconic gadget. Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro is a welcome return, designed for those who seek a format more smartwatch-like than the usual design of the lineup: the fitness tracker becomes premium, with a different form factor and features aimed at those looking for a complete, all-around device.
Just as happened with the previous generation, the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 also welcomes its Pro version—with a total styling change. The usual capsule design, a long-standing hallmark of the series, gives way to a rectangular form factor.
In this way the fitness tracker appeals to users who prefer the look of a smartwatch, with the option to choose among 4 tones for the case (black, silver, pink and gold) and a plethora of strap combinations.
In addition to the classic silicone sports bands there are also more chic options, such as the stunning gold Milanese mesh version and more. The smart band is made of aluminum, but Xiaomi has also released a Ceramic <strong Edition with a ceramic case and white color.
The display is a large 1.74″ AMOLED panel with a 60 Hz refresh rate, Always-On functionality and up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness – ideal outdoors and under bright light. On the battery life side, Xiaomi promises up to 21 days with typical use, while time decreases depending on usage intensity and the presence of active AOD.
The device is not designed for Bluetooth calls, but that’s the only drawback; satellite positioning, NFC for payments, and the usual health tracking features (including blood oxygen level monitoring). The tracker supports over 150 sport modes and has a water resistance rating up to 5 ATM.
Finally, the Chinese company has also focused on full compatibility with the Apple ecosystem and allows Cupertino users to perform some functions via the Shortcuts app.
Note the presence of a new e-sports dedicated mode with some features: it can monitor the user’s parameters in real time during games, it also generates reports based on the title and introduces targeted reminders such as the countdown for the character’s respawn (clearly only for certain titles).
Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro has debuted in China starting from 399 yuan, about 50€ at current exchange. The leather strap model costs 449 yuan (56€) while the special ceramic variant climbs to 479 yuan (60€ at the current exchange rate). And now all that remains is to wait for its debut in Italy: fingers crossed, hoping to see it as soon as possible!
