Samsung appears firmly determined to abandon the rigid and predictable look that has characterized the player in previous software versions, preferring a decidedly more lively and dynamic approach.

The most fascinating detail of this update resides in the progress bar of the track: this element, along with the various UI accents, will be able to extract color information directly from the album cover image currently playing.

The practical effect of this change translates into a highly personalized experience. Starting playback of a classic jazz record, perhaps characterized by a cover dominated by dark atmospheres and blueish tones, the entire player control interface will automatically adopt the same shades.

Switching later to a pop track associated with bold and bright graphics, the system will update in a fraction of a second to reflect the new color palette.

This real-time adaptation will not be limited to acting within the music app, but will also elegantly enrich the widgets present on the lock screen and the quick controls in the notification panel, making daily interaction with the screen far more immersive.
