Following last month’s European sightings, Realme C100 5G is officially unveiled in a surprise, but for now the debut has taken place only in Thailand. However, it is very likely that it could also make its way here, given its presence in some third-party stores. While awaiting further confirmation, here are all the details directly from the Asian market.
As seen previously, the Realme C100 5G is the rebrand of the C83 5G model equipped with an improved camera. On the back, there is a vertical camera module, while the front houses a large LCD display of 6,8″ diagonal with HD resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300, with 4/6 GB of RAM and only 128 GB of storage.
On the photo side, there’s a main 50 MP sensor and an unspecified secondary one; for selfies, in the teardrop notch there’s a 5 MP selfie camera.
Powering all of this is a sizeable battery of 7.000 mAh with 45W fast charging and support for reverse charging at 6,5W, useful to use the phone as a power bank. The chassis is IP64-rated while the software is based on Android 16 (clearly with Realme UI 7).
The new Realme C100 5G was launched in Thailand but has also appeared on Amazon Italy with prices starting at €249. In any case, these are third-party retailers, so – at least for the moment – it’s worth waiting for the official launch in Italy.
