The new OnePlus power bank has two ports and delivers 120 W

OnePlus has recently expanded its catalog of charging accessories, presenting two new high-performance devices.

Both products share a standout technical specification: the ability to deliver a maximum power of 120 W. Specifically, the company has introduced the OnePlus SuperVOOC 120W Power Bank and the OnePlus 120W SuperVOOC Dual-Port GaN charger.

These two products, which essentially represent a reimagining in a different graphical guise of devices already developed by the parent company OPPO, aim to meet the needs of users who require extremely fast charging even in highly mobile situations.

OnePlus, official 120 W charger and power bank

The device that draws the most interest is undoubtedly the portable battery. This unit offers a capacity of 15,000 mAh, a power reserve more than enough to handle long days away from power outlets.

Despite the high amperage, engineers managed to keep compact dimensions, avoiding the excessive bulk that often characterizes this category of products.

Esthetically, the accessory is presented in the color named “Accelerated Red“, featuring a predominantly white body with a contrasting upper section in a vivid red.

On this upper area are four LED indicators, whose function is to continually display the remaining battery life and indicate the progress of the charging process when connected to a power source.

The power bank features two distinct ports, designed to ensure maximum flexibility with different cable types. We find a USB Type-C input, which functions bidirectionally both to supply energy to connected devices and to recharge the battery itself, paired with a classic USB Type-A port dedicated exclusively to output.

Thanks to this setup and the impressive 120 W push, the battery not only powers smartphones at full speed, such as the OnePlus 15, but also has the power to recharge the battery of laptops and portable gaming consoles of the latest generation.

Not only portable batteries

Accompanying the power bank is the new wall charger based on GaN technology, designed as the natural successor to the previous compact 100 W model launched last year.

The device retains the distinctive shape of its predecessor, also incorporating a handy folding plug to facilitate transport inside backpacks and bags.

Unlike the power bank, this charger adopts a connectivity approach that is entirely forward-looking, eliminating USB Type-A entirely in favor of a dual USB Type-C port. Currently available data does not explicitly clarify whether both outputs are capable of individually reaching the 120 W peak or if that value represents the maximum deliverable in combined form.

Availability and color variants

At the moment, information regarding distribution indicates that the two accessories have been included exclusively in the price lists of the Chinese market.

It will be necessary to wait for further announcements to discover whether the products will be marketed in international regions as well.

Considering that OPPO-branded counterparts are offered in multiple color variants, it is reasonable to suppose that OnePlus may decide to broaden the available choices should the products arrive on global shelves.
