The Chinese company is about to launch the new Realme C83 5G, a device that sits below the C85 presented last November. The latest rumors, fueled also by a leaked poster, outline the profile of an affordable and economical smartphone, but fully capable and designed to last over time.
As is tradition, Realme’s new compact device will arrive with a monumental battery: a 7,000 mAh unit and high longevity. The company claims up to 48 months of software smoothness to ensure the user experience remains constant over the years.
The smartphone also features the MIL-STD-810H certification, which qualifies it as a nearly rugged device capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions, shocks and accidental drops.
From an aesthetic standpoint, the leaked design shows a glossy rectangular camera module placed in the top left, housing three circular cutouts and a LED flash. Realme C83 will be available in two colorways Sprouting Green and Blooming Purple.
As for configurations, there would be three memory configurations: starting from the base 4/64 GB version, through the intermediate 4/128 GB variant, up to the most capable 6/128 GB.
Prices leaked for the Indian market place Realme C83 5G place it in an extremely competitive tier, with a starting price of around 13,499 rupees (about €150 at the current exchange rate), rising to 17,499 rupees for the top configuration.
