The T series will arrive much earlier than the usual September schedule: the launch is expected in May, and the clues in that direction are multiplying with each passing moment.
In the past few hours the insider Roland Quandt, a true industry authority, published the first render images of Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro: the press renders (the result of a leak) allow us to take a first look at the new devices from Lei Jun’s company, including the debut colorways.
Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro shown for the first time: the press images (leak) reveal the design

In the past weeks the phones have been certified with some live photos, but this time we have a complete overview of the design. Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro are identical in aesthetics and what changes are only the colorways: both feature a Squircle camera module, straight edges, a flat display with ultra-thin bezels and a tiny punch-hole for the selfie camera.
The style is very similar to that of the Xiaomi 15T range and you can also notice similarities with Xiaomi 17. The brand has chosen this design language for the main line: it remains to be seen whether it will continue with the next generation of flagship.

The new models come in different sizes, with the standard model featuring a 6.59″ display and the Pro variant equipped with a 6.83″ panel – respectively with 120 Hz and 144 Hz refresh rates. Both mount MediaTek SoCs, with the Dimensity 9500 for the higher-end.
Remember that in the past days the possible European prices also leaked: Rumored starting price of €749, with a rise compared to the previous generation.
