The Barcelona MWC will see the debut of the new Honor Magic V6 and it is now taken for granted. What we didn’t know until now was the design of the flagship foldable: will there be a change of style or will the Chinese manufacturer continue along the already-traveled path? The answer to this question comes from a series of live images, which also show one of the color options available at launch.
Honor Magic V6 spotted live: iconic design and a vibrant red color
The smartphone was spotted live in the hands of Nicholas Tse, a Canadian-born actor and singer originally from Hong Kong, probably for a flagship commercial.
The images reveal a foldable phone with a slim profile and an octagonal camera module: the design is very similar to that of the Magic V5, with chamfered corners and gold frames. The device features an in-fold format: on the outside there is a punch-hole display while the foldable panel is placed inside.
The camera system comprises four sensors and an LED flash, and a red color tone is shown. This isn’t the first time the foldable has been tinted scarlet: the current Magic V5 arrived in Black, Dawn Gold, Ivory White and Silk Road Red, the latter available only in its home country.
We will see if the red variant of the Honor Magic V6 will also arrive here: for now its existence seems confirmed by the live images.
The foldable event is set for the MWC 2026: the exact date is still missing, but the company has confirmed the presence of the terminal together with Honor Robot Phone. Meanwhile, there are no shortage of rumors about the specs, with tasty hints about the charging – which would be record-breaking for a foldable.
