With these new glasses, Meta makes a second attempt in the high-end segment after underwhelming results recorded with the previous Quest Pro model. The new hardware comes with a decidedly more targeted configuration.
The device, in fact, is not a standalone headset in the classical sense of the term. To keep the weight of the main structure at only 100 g, about 20% of the Meta Quest 3’s mass, the company has separated the bright 5K displays from the rest of the main components.
