Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro spotted on AnTuTu, with over 4.8 million points

There are still weeks to go until the official launch, but Qualcomm’s next flagship chip has been making headlines for some time. This time something more “tangible” emerges thanks to a Digital Chat Station leak: the insider reports an AnTuTu score for the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro surpassing 4.83 million points, with a screenshot showing the breakdown of the individual tested components.

According to the leaked screenshot, obtained with AnTuTu V11.1.4, the chip identified with the designation SM8975 would have totalled:

  • Total score: 4.835.412 points
  • CPU: 1.368.930 points
  • GPU: 1.854.826 points, with Adreno 850 GPU

The chip would be built on a 2 nm process, the same next-generation manufacturing node already expected for several top-end flagships arriving by the end of the year.

How much does it improve over the previous generation

The leak indicates a score of about the 6% higher than the current Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which sit at over 4.5 million points on AnTuTu.

An increase not huge on paper, but still in line with what is typically expected from a manufacturing process upgrade rather than a radical generational leap.

Remember that besides the flagship version, a non-“Pro” variant of the chip is also expected: in the past the existence of the code SM8950 has emerged, which should correspond to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 standard.

On which devices could it debut

The new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro would be expected onboard several flagship devices arriving between late September and early October 2026 (in China), including:
