The G series from Motorola gains a new addition, though for now it is a novelty limited to the Indian market. Moto G77 Power presents itself as an alternative version of the G77 model (also launched by us), with some differences and a cheaper price: here are all the details while we wait to learn the fate of this mid-range for distribution in other countries as well.
The design of the Moto G77 Power mirrors that of the rest of the lineup, with a look that has become widely tested. The device features a slightly raised camera module, with no continuity with the chassis; inside you will find a dual camera setup and the LED flash.
The front section houses a flat display with a punch hole for the selfie camera, and here we find the first difference: Moto G77 relies on a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel, while the Power model shifts toward savings, with a 6.72-inch LCD solution.
The other differences concern the photographic sector and the battery; the main sensor changes from 108 MP to 50 MP, still with an 8 MP ultra-wide and a 32 MP selfie module. In terms of autonomy, it steps up to a solid 7,000 mAh (compared to 5,200 mAh of the G77), again with 30W fast charging.
The chipset remains the same — it is the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 — but the Power version debuts in the only configuration of 8/128 GB, with a micro SD slot. The price of the mid-range is around €238 at the exchange rate, compared with the starting €379 of the G77 version (in Italy); once again we note that Moto G77 Power was announced in India (at least for now).
