Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold revealed by new images, where is Pixel Glow?

Less than a month away from the official unveiling event, details about the company’s upcoming devices from Mountain View continue to emerge with increasing frequency.

A recent leak has shown the rear shell of the highly anticipated Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold in the Pine color, highlighting some changes to the camera module compared to the previous generation.

Although the images confirm a refinement of the design and a probable update of the sensors to improve image quality, there remains a question mark over one of the year’s most-talked-about features. In fact, what the leaks call Pixel Glow is not visible, a detail that so far has managed to remain in the shadows.

Time is running out for the California-based company to lift the veil on its new smartphone line for 2026. As is traditional in these weeks of anticipation, leaks are intensifying, offering an early look at what will soon hit the market.

After the rumors regarding the possible European pricing of the base series, attention has shifted to the foldable model.

Through the MysticLeaks Telegram channel, an image has circulated depicting the rear of the new Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The photo shows the device in a Pine finish, a particular green shade that closely echoes the Jade option seen on models from last year.

Reorganization of spaces and cameras

By carefully examining the leaked material and comparing it with the previous Pixel 10 Pro Fold, one notices a change in the camera module. The most evident change concerns the repositioning of the LED flash and the shape of the glass cover.

On the current model on sale, the flash is located on the right side of the camera island, while on the upcoming foldable it seems to have been moved to the left, integrating directly into the capsule that shields the lenses.

This glass section appears notably elongated, extending across almost the full width of the protruding block. This design choice may derive from the need to house larger image sensors.

Despite this redistribution of peripheral elements, the position of the optics remains unchanged: the telephoto occupies the top part of the module, while the main camera and the ultra-wide lens sit in the lower portion.

Where is Pixel Glow?

Besides the visible exterior changes, rumors insist on a major overall optimization effort. Unofficial information suggests that the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will be significantly thinner and lighter than its predecessor.

However, the image has left open a widely debated question in recent weeks. Google is reportedly planning to introduce on devices of this generation a feature named Pixel Glow, but there is no trace of this element in the design that has just circulated online.

It remains to understand whether this is a feature tied exclusively to the traditional-format models, or whether its implementation on the foldable has been hidden or integrated invisibly into the chassis.

With the official launch imminent, the coming weeks will surely clarify the remaining doubts, completing the final picture of the new flagship.
