Following its CES 2026 reveal, the new premium vacuum robot makes its debut in Italy. 2026 for Narwal opens with premium technologies: Narwal Flow 2 is this year’s flagship model and promises impeccable floor care thanks to the continuous hot-water flow washing system at 60°C and the incorporation of artificial intelligence.

The heart of the experience is the washing system FlowWash, itself based on various technologies. The new roller Track Mop is designed to offer greater cleaning depth, with a larger contact area than traditional roller mops. The constant pressure of 12N ensures the maximum hygiene of surfaces, in combination with a system of 16 precision nozzles that continuously spray the cloth with a continuous flow of hot water at 60°C.

High temperature quickly removes residues and stains while the internal scraper removes dirt in real time, directing the used water into a separate tank. In this way, only fresh water at 60°C comes into contact with the floor, ensuring cleaning efficiency up to 7 times higher than traditional roller mops.

Clearly, the entire system is supported by stellar suction power, up to 31,000 Pa. The CarpetFocus technology for carpet care is indispensable, generating an enhanced airflow (capable of penetrating deeply into the fabric). Finally the DualFlow anti-tangle system is the definitive ally against hair and pet fur.

The latest Narwal robot arrives with improved artificial intelligence: Flow 2 interprets the home environment with an almost human prediction capability thanks to the model VLM OmniVision. Equipped with dual RGB 1080p cameras, the robot goes beyond simple obstacle recognition to understand the home context.

It is able to distinguish pet toys, electrical cords, and delicate furniture, adapting its path with millimeter precision. This intelligence supports family-focused modes, such as pet care and child care, designed to guarantee quiet operation and targeted interventions in the most delicate areas of the home.

Additionally, the robot supports the voice assistant Hey Nawa and is compatible with Alexa, Google Home and Siri.

Concluding our overview with the All-in-One base station, a true operational center designed to minimize user intervention. To ensure a perfectly hygienic environment, the system starts a thermal sterilization at 100°C cycle that neutralizes pathogens along the entire internal water circuit.

Additionally, a dedicated descaler accessory protects the water circuit by preventing mineral buildup, helping to maintain constant performance over time and increasing the lifespan of internal components. The station also includes automatic detergent dosing, and a 2.4L dust bag, which allows up to 120 days of use without maintenance.

After each cycle, the base activates a hot air drying at 60°C, keeping the entire system clean and odor-free. For those with smaller spaces, there is also a version with a compact base station, standing only 28 cm tall, which offers the same level of autonomy in a more compact and elegant form.

Launch Price and Offers

The new Narwal Flow 2 will be available for purchase starting April 20 on Amazon and at the official store, at the list price of €1,299 for the version with the standard base station. The model with the compact base station will be sold for €1,499.

Both robots will be on promotion from April 20 to May 10, with a discount of €200: thus the final prices will be, respectively, €1,099 and €1,299 – for the entire period indicated.

But there’s more, as the initiative also includes a three-year extended warranty (instead of two years, as per standard coverage) and a complimentary accessories package worth €219. This latter will be shipped separately starting in May.
