Xiaomi SU7 Ultra takes on a magnetic pink hue: a new style for the electric supercar

Despite the launch of the second generation of SU7 – and ongoing work on other vehicles – Xiaomi continues to make changes to its flagship electric supercar as well, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra. The latest update, unveiled in these hours, aims to satisfy the most demanding drivers with a refined aesthetic and advanced features. The novelties concern the sophisticated external finish Twilight Rose and a carbon fiber rear wing adjustable over three levels.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Twilight Rose version: elegance and top-level performance

The new Twilight Rose paintwork draws its inspiration from the Damascus rose and is distinguished by a complex layering of pigmented paste, metallic powder and pearlescent particles. This combination creates a captivating camaleonte effect: under direct light the vehicle displays warm red tones, while in low light or backlighting the surface shifts toward a deep and gradient purple that evokes the twilight atmosphere.

The final result is a magnetic and vibrant coloration, capable of drawing attention thanks to its nuances. The new aesthetic option is available for the Chinese market at a cost of about 11,000 yuan, corresponding to slightly more than 1,370€ at the current exchange rate.

In addition to the new color, Xiaomi has introduced a professional-grade carbon fiber rear wing, designed to balance energy efficiency with high-speed stability. Thanks to a system of specialized brackets, the wing can be adjusted at three different angles, each capable of significantly altering the vehicle’s aerodynamic profile.

In Efficiency mode, set at a 10-degree angle, cruising range increases by 24.5 km, delivering a downforce of 75.9 kg. The Balanced mode, with a 5-degree angle, increases range by 20 km, bringing aerodynamic load to 127.1 kg. Finally, the Performance mode zeros the angle deviation to provide the maximum downforce of 176 kg, optimizing stability in corners and at high speeds with an autonomy gain of 13.5 km.

The price of the new rear wing is 12,000 yuan, or about 1,500€ at the current exchange rate. For all details on the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, we direct you to our in-depth feature dedicated to the brand’s Dream Car.
