Xiaomi has expanded its range of home care products with the new Mijia Mite Remover 3 Pro, a smart device specifically designed to combat dust mites and allergens. Thanks to a combination of suction power, sterilization technologies, and an extremely ergonomic design, it offers a practical solution to keep beds and sofas clean and hygienic.
The body of Xiaomi Mijia Mite Remover 3 Pro is lightweight and cordless, weighing only 1.7 kg and compact dimensions (244 x 232 x 208 mm). Although easy to maneuver and store, the mini vacuum cleaner does not compromise on performance, with a powerful motor capable of delivering suction power of 17,000 Pa.
Its strength is supported by a high-frequency tapping system that operates at 72,000 beats per minute, ideal for shaking and effectively removing mites, debris and skin residues from fabrics. The suction nozzle is 20 cm wide, to comfortably cover large surfaces such as mattresses, carpets and armchairs.
The top section hosts an LED display that provides real-time data while – in smart mode – the intelligent sensor automatically adjusts the suction power based on the level of dirt.
The autonomy is powered by a 2,500 mAh battery capable of offering up to 30 minutes of use in delicate mode and about 15 minutes at maximum power. Xiaomi has implemented a six-layer filtration system with an efficiency of 99%, capable of trapping particles down to 0.3 microns. The 0.4-liter dual dust container is designed to separate the airflow from the dirt particles – to reduce the risk of clogging.
Beyond suction, the device integrates a UV LED sterilization system and an ultrasonic technology that work together to interrupt mite reproduction. In conclusion, Xiaomi Mijia Mite Remover 3 Pro represents the natural evolution of its predecessor, with enhanced performance and a more smart approach. The device is available for pre-order in China at a price of 599 yuan, about €74 at the current exchange rate.
As usual, this is a novelty for the Asian market: however Xiaomi Dust Mite Vacuum Cleaner has arrived in Italy and is currently on sale on the official site at €43.9.
