The Chinese company has officially confirmed the launch date for the vivo X300 Ultra and X300s: the Camera Phone pair will debut next March 30, but for now the discussion concerns only the Asian market. In the meantime, one of the company’s key figures has lifted the veil on the design, showing the look of both devices.
Both the vivo X300 Ultra and its smaller sibling X300s will feature a large circular camera module, underscoring their Camera Phone nature. The back cover is shown in an elegant green color (called Film Green) while in both cases there will be a camera kit to boost performance in this area.
During the Barcelona MWC we already had a taste of what to expect: an external APO 200 MP telephoto lens capable of offering a focal range of 400 mm, designed in collaboration with ZEISS. It is highly likely that X300s will rely on the 200 mm extender, certainly more manageable than the one on its bigger brother.
Let us also remind you that the March 30 date refers to the Chinese market; in addition to the pair of smartphones there will also be vivo Pad 6 Pro, the company’s new premium tablet.
To conclude, the company has already confirmed that the vivo X300 Ultra will arrive globally and also in Europe. However, the launch is planned during 2026, so at the moment we do not know the exact day.
The forthcoming vivo X300 Ultra has been the subject of a flood of rumors and the picture is now clear. It will be the only model in the lineup equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and will boast an exceptional camera setup based on the sensors LYTIA-901 200 MP and Samsung HP0 200 MP, respectively main and periscope telephoto.
The usual ZEISS optics are also present, while the technology Blueprint Native Color will allow colors to be faithful and natural, also thanks to the support of a multispectral sensor.
As for vivo X300s, the device was recently spotted on Geekbench with the Dimensity 9500 chipset. In short, it would be an update to the standard version of the lineup: below you will find the specifications for both models, the result of leaks and confirmations so far.
