Realme P4 Lite will also be 5G, with 7,000 mAh and military-grade durability

The brand’s budget series continues to welcome new models: this time it’s once again Realme P4 Lite, with a styling refresh and support for 5G connectivity. The device has a global release date, although for now there is no talk yet of a debut in our region. It remains a phone to watch, given the confirmed specs and the fact that it should arrive at an affordable price.

The latest member of the family will be announced on March 19 in India: this is revealed by a poster published by a well-known insider. The image also reveals the design, which presents a style different from that of Realme P4 Lite 4G. The latter mounts a Squircle camera module (square, with rounded corners) while the 5G version features a trio of ‘free-standing’ sensors, alongside the LED flash.

In addition to the look, the teaser also reveals the battery capacity: the budget Realme P4 Lite 5G will have a capacious unit of 7,000 mAh, higher than the LTE-only model. Furthermore, MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification will return.

The chipset has not been confirmed but we assume we will find a MediaTek SoC. Now all that remains is to wait for the launch, and for the launch we expect a figure around €150 at the current rate. Currently the company has brought to Italy both Realme P3 5G and P3 Lite, so it’s very likely that devices from the P4 lineup will also arrive.
