Not only smartphones, Honor will bring its first humanoid robot to the MWC

The presence of Honor at the Mobile World Congress promises a wealth of innovations and signals a clear intention to expand.

The company has officially confirmed its plans for the important fair, unveiling a range of products that far surpasses the boundaries of conventional mobile devices.

The biggest surprise, capable of immediately capturing attention, concerns the unveiling of the brand’s first humanoid robot.

Designing and building a humanoid robot requires a fundamentally different engineering and computational approach than the one used for implementing the language models we are used to.

While training a purely textual artificial intelligence often suffices to process enormous amounts of data drawn from the internet, learning for an entity with a physical body requires dealing with the surrounding space.

Physical and motor interactions prove to be significantly more complex to simulate, manage, and optimize in real time in the physical world.

This announcement ties in with the Alpha Plan project, introduced with high-profile emphasis during the previous edition of the MWC. Company leaders have underlined that this year’s expo will serve to publicly showcase the progress made over the past twelve months.

The roadmap spans the entire production chain, from classic consumer devices to pure innovation in the field of applied robotics, bringing to life a future shaped by a deep synergy between humans and machines.

Alongside the new and mysterious humanoid model, visitors to the expo halls will also be able to closely observe the already confirmed Honor Robot Phone.

Foldable hardware and ultra-thin computing

The Mobile World Congress will also be the chosen stage for the highly anticipated debut of Honor Magic V6, the new foldable smartphone that firmly aims to conquer the absolute lead for the largest battery in its category.

The hardware ecosystem on display will also be enriched by two additional devices designed for maximum daily productivity: the tablet Honor MagicPad4 and the laptop MagicBook Pro 14.

Both products will stand out for a design featuring extremely slim forms and for a deeply integrated artificial intelligence within their operating systems.

The entire range showcased at the fair demonstrates a clear drive toward efficient, local data processing, while also maintaining a sleek design and optimal dimensions for professionals on the go.
