Honor Magic V6 shown without a crease: is it the new era of foldables?

Honor Magic V6 launch is scheduled for March 1, during the MWC in Barcelona; however the Chinese company has decided to bring forward one of the most important novelties, probably in light of confirmations about rival OPPO Find N6.

One of the brand’s executives has shown in a photo the flagship foldable, but this time it’s not about the design or the elegant red color of the chassis. This time the focus is on the display, a panel completely crease-free that projects us into a new era for this tech category.

Comunque il lancio di questo è atteso nel corso del mese di marzo: nonostante le voci di un lancio anche in Europa, il primo pieghevole senza piega visibile sarà Honor Magic V6.

Gli scatti dal vivo condivisi da uno dei responsabili di Honor mostrano l’ampio schermo interno, caratterizzato da un punch hole per la selfie camera. Quello che cattura l’attenzione è il centro del pannello: manca del tutto la celebre piega centrale, croce dei foldable fin dagli esordi.

According to executive Wang Fei, the company managed to achieve this result without compromising other details. The phone is slim and light, with an IP69 rating (dust and water protection) and an improved hinge, even more durable.
