Realme 16 5G is the smartphone for perfect selfies, thanks to a trick | Official

After the announcement of the bigger brothers Realme 16 Pro and Pro+, here comes also the base model of the series. The new Realme 16 5G diverges completely from the higher-end models and tries to stand out both in design and in the “spirit”, with a nod to the iPhone Air style and a youthful touch – compared to the elegant and refined look of the two Pro models.

Realme 16 5G official: everything you need to know about technical specifications, price and release

The most important aspect of Realme 16 5G is undoubtedly the design: the camera module used by the rest of the series disappears, making room for a dual-camera placed in a horizontal capsule.

The final look is similar to that of the iPhone Air, Apple’s ultra-thin; however this is just a styling choice since the mid-range arrives with a thickness of 8.10 mm and a weight of 183 grams.

The camera system is not notable only for its style, but also for an unprecedented feature: inside the module there is space for a mini mirror for selfies. Thanks to it you can take selfies using the main camera, looking at the final result in the reflection. The mirror is surrounded by an annular LED flash.
