OnePlus Nord 6 in early Geekbench tests: perhaps we already know everything

The next OnePlus Nord 6 is getting closer: initially there was talk of a possible summer debut, but now the clues and signals are too many and it’s likely that the launch is not far away. The latest addition comes from Geekbench: the first benchmarks offer a brief snapshot of the specifications, more than enough to sketch a picture that now seems crystal clear.

OnePlus Nord 6 takes another step toward release: the mid-range appears on Geekbench

The device codename CPH2795 has already appeared in various certifications, but one in particular proved vital: the one that presents the commercial name of the phone, confirming its identity. OnePlus Nord 6 has been spotted on Geekbench with 12 GB of RAM and Android 16, but digging deeper it is possible to trace back the chipset.

The heart of the mid-range would be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, a 4 nm solution equipped with a main Cortex-X4 core with a maximum frequency of 3.2 GHz. This is an important detail since it is the same SoC that powers OnePlus Turbo 6: our Nord model should be a rebrand.

Below you will find an overview of the specifications, based on the Turbo model. We await news on the next Nord and in the meantime we bring you the latest on OnePlus: a noted outlet published a lengthy report claiming that the end of the brand is near, but the company promptly denied it.
