Samsung and Microsoft Copilot: AI transforms your TV and monitor experience

Samsung Electronics has announced the integration of Microsoft Copilot into its 2025 smart TV and monitor lineup. This strategic move reinforces the brand’s commitment to bringing personalized and intelligent experiences to its displays, boosting AI-powered features with Samsung Vision AI.

New ways to discover content and interact with Samsung smart TVs and monitors: Microsoft Copilot arrives

With Copilot, accessing an AI assistant directly from your screen will be easier than ever. Thanks to voice commands or a click of the remote, you will be able to discover new content, interact, and get the most out of your smart TV or monitor.

Imagine wanting to know more about an actor, summarize a complex plot, or clarify difficult concepts: Copilot will provide instant answers and personalized advice.

The assistant will be accessible directly from the home of the Samsung Tizen operating system, from Samsung Daily+ (the company’s lifestyle hub) and via Click to Search, offering a conversational AI across a wide range of scenarios.

Kevin Lee of Samsung stated that this partnership is “redefining the standard for AI-based smart screens”, while David Washington of Microsoft AI added that Copilot has been designed to become a “true AI assistant in people’s living rooms”.

Copilot integration will be available on several 2025 TV models, including Micro RGB, Neo QLED, OLED, The Frame Pro, The Frame, and on the Smart Monitor M7, M8 and M9.
