iQOO confirmed with an official teaser that Pad Ultra will debut on September 29, presenting it as the trailblazer of “a new category of e-sport tablets” designed specifically for gamers. The most interesting element is the presence of a real active cooling system integrated into the tablet’s body, a rarity for the category.
iQOO is betting on the gaming essence of Pad Ultra: the device includes a 30 x 30 x 3.5 mm fan, with a thermal dissipation area of 1,661 mm2 and a rotation speed of up to 14,500 rpm, designed to keep performance stable during longer gaming sessions.
To complete the experience are dedicated accessories such as an extendable controller and a rear grip for comfort during extended use.
On the aesthetic front, the iQOO Pad Ultra adopts a squared rear module with integrated air intake and LED lights, in line with its gaming tablet nature, maintaining a slim thickness of 5.74 mm and a weight of about 298 grams.
The device will be available in two colors, Ender Black and Star Silver, with an 8.8″ OLED display on the front.
Among the leaked specs, the standout is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 processor at 2 nanometers, paired with a battery of around 9,000 mAh. iQOO Pad Ultra will debut in China on September 29, in parallel with the launch of iQOO 16.
