Realme expands its European offering by introducing two new budget devices designed to meet the needs of those who require tough and durable phones.
The realme P4x and realme P4 Lite make their official debut in Italy, betting on extraordinary battery life, ruggedness certifications typical of armored smartphones, and an extremely aggressive price positioning, designed specifically to preempt summer promotions.

The realme P4x integrates a huge 7,500 mAh battery, supported by a 45 W fast charging system. The realme P4 Lite is not far off these numbers, offering a 6,600 mAh module with 15 W charging.
Both devices enable 6 W reverse charging, turning themselves into portable power banks to power other accessories when needed. The manufacturer guarantees high reliability over time, estimating over 1,600 recharge cycles without significant degradation, ensuring wear that extends from five to 6 years of use.
On the realme P4x, this result is protected by the Bionic Repair Technology powered by artificial intelligence, allowing the device to maintain stable performance even in harsh ambient conditions, with temperatures ranging from -20°C to 53°C.
Hardware, display and software optimization
Under the hood, both smartphones host the octa-core UNISOC T7250 processor, driven by the Android 16 operating system with the customized Realme UI interface. Although the physical RAM starts at 4 GB for all versions, the realme P4x leverages dynamic expansion to virtually reach up to 24 GB in total.
Interaction takes place through a large LCD panel of 6.8 inches with a 120 Hz refresh rate and eye-comfort certification, capable of reaching brightness peaks of 900 nits on the flagship model.
To manage temperatures during use, the company has implemented a substantial graphite cooling system that exceeds 10,000 square millimeters. The user experience is also enriched by numerous software features: the AI Gaming Partner suite steps in to optimize gaming performance and network, while photography tools like AI Eraser and AI Clear Face enable quick image improvements.
Robust construction and optimized reception
Another notable aspect is structural reliability. The P4 family boasts the IP64 rating against dust and splashes, as well as meeting the strict military standards MIL-STD 810H thanks to the ArmorShell reinforced chassis. The P4x, in particular, is designed to survive drops from up to 2 m onto hard surfaces like marble, thanks to engineered corners to absorb impacts and internal padding.
Display reactivity is guaranteed even in challenging physical conditions by the Wet Hand Touch 2.0 technology, which allows typing with wet fingers, while an acoustic expulsion system keeps the speakers clean.
On the connectivity front, the HyperSignal antenna architecture significantly improves reception; the P4x adds to this the AI Outdoor mode to maintain high browsing quality even in areas with weak network coverage.
Launch prices and offers
The sales strategy devised by realme is particularly impactful. The devices, available in 128 GB and 256 GB formats, arrive on the Italian market via Amazon with immediate discounts that will be further enhanced starting from June 23, in conjunction with Prime Day offers.
The realme P4 Lite, offered in the colors Titan Grey and Pulse Purple, has a list price of 239.99 euros for the base version, but is available right now at 159.99 euros; during Amazon’s promotional event, the price will drop to the attractive figure of 129.99 euros, while the more capacious 256 GB variant will reach 139.99 euros.
The bigger brother realme P4x, offered in the colors Phantom Navy and Rally White, has a starting price of 249.99 euros. Currently on promotion at 209.99 euros for the 128 GB model and 219.99 euros for the double storage, it will see both configurations align to the exact figure of 199.99 euros during the final days of summer sale discounts.
