Alongside the Honor 600 series (different from ours), the brand’s event aimed at the Chinese market also saw the debut of a new budget tablet. Honor Pad 20 appears as a light upgrade to its predecessor, nothing groundbreaking but a simple refresh for 2026. For now the debut has taken place in China, but it’s not out of the question that it could also appear in our market in the coming months.
Honor Pad 20: everything there is to know about technical specifications, price and release
The design and specs of the new tablet are very close to those of Honor Pad 10: the circular camera module houses a single sensor and in this case it is colored black rather than following the gray-silver shade of the chassis.
The device is equipped with a large 12.1-inch LCD display, now with 3K resolution and a peak brightness of up to 700 nits. The predecessor had a 2.5K panel and a maximum of 500 nits, so there is a slight improvement. The refresh rate remains at 120 Hz while the Soft Light variant features a matte display.

The battery also remains unchanged – it’s a large 10,100 mAh unit – but charging goes from 35W to a solid 66W. The camera system is basic, with a dual sensor (front and rear) of 8 MP.
The operating system is updated to Android 16, via the latest MagicOS 10 – the Chinese manufacturer’s proprietary interface. The new tablet starts at approximately €265 (2,099 yuan) for the 6/128 GB version, up to around €429 (3,399 yuan) for the 12/256 GB version.
The current Pad 10 was launched in Italy at €349.90 (in the 8/256 GB configuration only); we don’t know if the new chapter will also arrive here, but – if so – we expect a similar price and a launch offer to make the tablet even more appealing.
