Samsung’s desktop browser is heading toward a launch for everyone, even though we are still talking about the beta version. Surprisingly, the regional restrictions that prevented downloads seem to have been removed.
Now it is possible to download and install Samsung Internet, but there is still a snag: it remains to be seen whether this is an error or whether the rollout to everyone is approaching.
Samsung Internet heads toward the debut for everyone: no longer regional restrictions for the beta version
The process to access the browser is very simple and does not require any particular accounts or a VPN. If you remember, until today the installation of Samsung Internet in version beta was allowed only to users in South Korea and the United States.
Now it seems the regional block has been removed: the message about availability in the two countries remains, but the remains, but the Download button is active – on the dedicated page. Just click the button to download Samsung’s browser; note that downloads and installations are available only for the PC Windows, while on MacOS the button is not accessible.
In our case the software is downloaded and installed but does not start: probably the beta program will open doors to a larger number of countries in the coming days, but it is already possible to download.
The Samsung Internet browser allows you to sync bookmarks, history, and other items stored in your Samsung Cloud account. The password manager is included, and the ability to continue web viewing between a Samsung phone and a PC.
