In Samsung’s future and in the new models of its flagship line, there is support for magnetic charging. The new feature has not yet been officially confirmed, but the signals are really numerous – like a constant background hum.
The latest news concerns a Power Bank with support for Qi2 wireless charging: based on what has emerged, it will be one of the accessories dedicated to the Samsung Galaxy S26 family.

Qi2 charging brings wireless technology to the next level: not only does it offer higher power, but it also indicates the presence of magnets for automatic alignment of the device. For months there have been rumors about this addition to the Galaxy S26 series: first Samsung’s official Qi2 accessories, then a leaked image with the unmistakable rear ring and finally a certified charger.
The latest addition is a Qi2 Power Bank, model EB-U2500: the device features a magnetic mount and supports both wired charging (20W) and wireless charging up to 15W. The 5,000 mAh battery supports 25W fast charging. The selling price in Germany is expected to be €59.9 – decidedly steep considering the capacity isn’t exactly top-notch.
The Power Bank also doubles as a stand, thanks to the bracket on the back. There are not yet precise details on the output, but it is likely that the debut will occur before the release of the Samsung Galaxy S26. The flagship launch event is expected for the end of February, late compared to the usual timeline of the Galaxy S family (usually announced in January).
