When it comes to luxury smartphones, there is one name that stands out above all thanks to its extravagant designs, aimed at an audience seeking unique and eye-catching devices.
Caviar is a company specializing in luxury customisations, with an eye on tech: its products are characterised by precious metals, fine materials and gems, and sometimes hide surprises (such as a fragment of T-Rex or the famous Steve Jobs’ Dolce Vita).
The latest news celebrate the 2026 FIFA World Cup with two special editions dedicated to Messi and Ronaldo: at the center of the stage are the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and the iPhone 17 Pro, both adorned as only Caviar knows how to do.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra and iPhone 17 Pro: here are the Caviar World Cup-themed editions with Messi and Ronaldo

It should be noted that the company customizes only the exterior of the phones, replacing the original shell with an ultra-luxury version. In this case the glass and metal components of the flagship Apple and Samsung devices have been replaced with enamel and gold, and each model is dedicated to a footballer.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra (still unreleased, the launch is set for July 22) features a portrait of Messi on the back, with the number 10 on the jersey; the image is produced with the cloisonné enamel technique, while the frame and details are plated in 24-carat gold.
The price starts from $13,130 for the 256 GB version, a figure in line with the rest of Caviar’s catalog.

iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are dedicated to Cristiano Ronaldo: the athlete’s portrait is rendered with the same technique but the colors evoke those of the Portuguese national team. For this version the price starts from $11,410, in the 256 GB configuration (of the Pro model).
Each smartphone will be produced in only 19 units, with a personalized packaging that includes a coin featuring the Caviar logo and a gold-plated key.
