REDMAGIC confirms: the new frontier of gaming tablets has a date

After weeks of rumors, at last the 2026 gaming tablet has a release date: REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 5 Pro is expected in China by the end of the month, and now all that remains is to keep fingers crossed and hope for the Global debut soon. Given past history there are good chances, but it’s better to wait for an official confirmation before getting excited!

REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 5 Pro has a presentation date: fingers crossed for the Global debut as well

The Chinese-market presentation date is set for June 30: at the moment the company has only confirmed the debut day, while the specifications of the REDMAGIC Gaming Tablet 5 Pro remain shrouded in mystery.

Nevertheless, there are many rumors and even the official teaser may have revealed more than it seems. Regarding the international debut, the recent REDMAGIC 11S Pro has moved from a domestic presentation to a rapid arrival in Italy. This gives us hope: perhaps the new tablet will reach us during the month of July, most likely as REDMAGIC Astra 2—unless there is a name change, not impossible given past history.

Why the new REDMAGIC will be the best gaming tablet ever

The reason for all the hype surrounding the launch of REDMAGIC’s new gaming tablet is simple: the company has confirmed that the device will arrive with as many as 10 cutting-edge technologies, though it has revealed nothing more.

All signs point to the possibility of seeing the fluorinated liquid cooling system of the top-tier line: a technology primarily used in data centers, already implemented by the company on its smartphones.

The rest of the specs speak for themselves: even though for now they are leaks, the presence of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is practically guaranteed.
