The gaming flagship has returned with its upgraded version and is in better shape than ever. Once again the Chinese Pro and Pro+ models converge into a single international model, a high-performance beast with a cooling system worthy of a next-generation console. REDMAGIC 11S Pro is finally available in Italy: here are the under-the-hood updates and – most importantly – the price in our region.
Elegant and powerful, REDMAGIC 11S Pro doesn’t change the cards on the table when it comes to design: the futuristic aesthetic remains almost unchanged, with sharp edges and a black or silver back, a RGB LED strip for the rear frame and a colossal screen “clean”. No notch or punch-hole, but a truly full-screen experience thanks to the under-display selfie camera (now ubiquitous on the Gaming Phone series).
The flagship delivers even higher performance thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Edition: this is the overclocked version of Qualcomm’s latest SoC, with a maximum frequency of 4.74 GHz. The RedCore R4 chip is designed to improve performance and cooling during gaming.
Speaking of temperatures, REDMAGIC 11S Pro reintroduces the innovative 10-layer system: among these is a large vapor chamber (a whopping 13.116 mm2), a fluorinated liquid cooling system, a portion with liquid metal and there’s even room for a fan with rotational speed up to 24,000 rpm.
Despite the whole setup, the device is IPX8 certified while the battery is a massive 7,500 mAh unit. Both wired and wireless charging are present (also reverse), both at 80W.
The new REDMAGIC 11S Pro arrives in Italy in configurations of 12/256 GB and 16/512 GB, respectively at the price of €799 and €899. Sales will start on June 10 but it will be possible to take advantage of a promotional period: from June 3 to 9 you can purchase the preorder package for €1, to obtain a €30 discount on the price of the top model and REDMAGIC Mora Magnet as a gift. For those who take advantage of the promo, sales will begin one day earlier (thus June 9).
