Motorola Edge 70 Pro+: leak reveals the differences, but we actually already know it

The Edge 70 series is set to expand further and the next model coming is Motorola Edge 70 Pro+. The launch is expected by the end of May and initially should take place for the Indian market. An insider reveals what the differences between the device and the Pro model will be, fresh from launch (also in Italy): however it seems that we already know this terminal quite well.

The current Edge 70 Pro was launched first in India and after about a week it reached us. In recent weeks the Pro+ variant appeared in some press images (fruit of a leak), with a look in line with the rest of the generation.

The phone will offer a Squircle camera module with three sensors and the LED flash while on the front we will have a screen with curved edges and a central punch hole. According to a well-known insider (Mukul Sharma, known as stufflistings) we will have at least three improvements with Motorola Edge 70 Pro+, and this shows that we actually already know this higher-end version.

The leaker mentions the addition of a periscope telephoto lens and support for wireless charging: both specs are already on board our Edge 70 Pro, launched in Italy at the end of April. The third novelty concerns the presence of 16 GB of RAM, while the Italian variant arrives in the only configuration of 12/512 GB.

This means our smartphone is already the Pro+ model: the plain Motorola Edge 70 Pro was announced in India with a multispectral sensor instead of the telephoto and with wired charging only. Consequently the series seems now complete, at least for the Italian market.

However, remember that rumors also talk about the existence of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro Lite, but in this case they provide no details.
