OnePlus Pad 3 Pro is in the air: a new flagship tablet on the way

The Indian division of OnePlus has published a mysterious teaser that confirms the debut of a new tablet. Based on what’s evident from the post shared on social media, it will be a device focused on performance and, consequently, it’s impossible not to think of a top-of-the-line model. It is the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro, already the subject of rumors over the course of the past month?

OnePlus teases the launch of a new top tablet: it could be Pad 3 Pro, according to the leaks

The poster shown by OnePlus reveals nothing special, but simply confirms the tablet’s release. The image shows the device’s profile, but everything is in shadow — only part of the camera and the brand logo at the center of the chassis can be glimpsed.

Last June the Chinese company introduced OnePlus Pad 3, a device capable of delivering great satisfaction and based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset (which at that time was top of the top). A few weeks ago first details of an unreleased tablet emerged: it should be OnePlus Pad 3 Pro or Pad 4, it’s difficult to guess which nomenclature the brand will use given the changes of previous models between the Chinese and Global markets.

Whatever the name, we should have a large screen of 13.2″ diagonal (perhaps with a 3.4K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate) while powering everything would be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The battery capacity hasn’t surfaced yet, but rumors point to an extra-large unit.

There will surely be official updates in the coming days, so for now we can only wait.
