ASUS set to return to the tablet market with a competitor to the iPad Pro

ASUS Pad ready for debut, first images and specifications

Battery life and portability in perfect harmony

Despite the generous size of the front panel, internal space optimization appears excellent. The device will boast a thickness of just 6.5 mm and a total weight of only 523 g, making it incredibly easy to handle and light for its class.

Inside this ultra-slim profile there will be a capacious 9,000 mAh battery. While precise details about the maximum supported charging power have not yet emerged, the presence of fast charging technology has been confirmed, a key element for quickly restoring energy to a module of this size.

Accessories and anticipation for the launch

The ecosystem around the new product will not be limited to the device itself. Available information confirms the development of official accessories specifically designed to expand the tablet’s versatility. Among these is a transparent case, likely made of durable plastic material, equipped with a multifunctional origami-style stand.

This special cover will allow users to position the tablet at various angles depending on the moment’s needs, whether watching a video or typing text.

It is also believed that the folding portion will serve as cover and screen protection when the device is not in use.

Currently no official date for the public presentation has been announced, but the growing list of technical details suggests the commercial debut will be very soon.
