Samsung has precisely mapped its trajectory for ambient comfort at the fair, presenting an integrated approach that combines high performance, sustainability and connected services.

Starting from a European perspective illustrated by Wim Vangeenberghe, president of SEACE, the company actively enters a phase of sector transformation, driven by electrification and the need to decarbonize buildings. Strategic investments focus on expanding the heat pump portfolio and on large-scale operations, such as the acquisition of FläktGroup.

This integration enriches the offering available to architects and designers, providing complete solutions and boosting research and development for the entire supply chain.

The continental strategy finds a measurable application in Italy, a key territory where the company continues to consolidate its market share by consistently engaging with every player in the supply chain.

Proximity to professionals is manifested through tangible initiatives such as the Samsung Aircon Academy, dedicated to technical training, and the Samsung Loyalty Programme, now in its fifth year of operation.

This dedication to post-sales service quality has led to important confirmations: the German Institute for Quality and Finance awarded the company for the best after-sales service in the air conditioning category for 7 consecutive years, extending the recognition for the first time to the heat pump segment.

Innovation for every structural requirement

On the purely engineering front, efforts materialize in machines designed to maximize energy efficiency. Notable are the new modular chillers in EHM heat pump systems, capable of serving residential, commercial and industrial complexes with scalable capacities from 40 to 167 kW.

The high-temperature versions, equipped with the ecological refrigerant gas R290, can guarantee an outlet water temperature up to 78 degrees Celsius.

Development also involves hybrid applications with the EHS Quint solution, designed to provide heating, cooling and domestic hot water simultaneously thanks to an exclusive refrigerant circuit layout.

Parallelly, the infrastructure for high volumes is updated through the VRF DVM systems, now equipped with native artificial intelligence and fully compatible with the R32 refrigerant.

Design and AI

WindFree Premiere+ marks a decade of the technology designed to eliminate the bothersome direct air jets, keeping the environment in a state of still air.

This model combines elegant lines with an artificial intelligence capable of learning users’ daily habits, adjusting the parameters to continually optimize performance and consumption.

The aesthetics of this line has captured the attention of the international platform Archiproducts, earning the quality recognition and securing a prominent exhibition space within the Fòco project during the Fuori Salone 2026.

Finally, the entire management experience is enhanced by the SmartThings and SmartThings Pro platforms, which transform simple temperature regulation into an intelligent and customized ecosystem, accessible remotely by both users and service centers.
