OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra will be the gaming flagship killer, featuring Dimensity 9500 and 165 Hz

Despite rumors about the possible end of OnePlus in some global markets, leaks about the brand’s upcoming devices continue unabated. Pete Lau’s company is about to launch the latest Nord 6 for the mid-range segment, but something is also brewing for the premium segment.

In particular, it would be the gaming-focused one: the company should launch the new OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, a device that promises 004e on paper004 top-tier performance and a super-fluid display.

The Ace series is exclusive to the Chinese market, like Turbo, but never say never: the company could always decide to undertake a rebrand, as happened in the move from Ace 6T to our Ace 6T to our 15R. The same OnePlus Nord 6 should be the international remake of Turbo 6, so never say never.

Returning to the upcoming Ultra model, the company has already since last year chosen to differentiate itself from rivals. Rather than aiming for a Camera Phone, Ace 5 Turbo was announced with Gaming Phone-like specs and its successor will take a leap forward.

The upcoming OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra would target the top tier with the Dimensity 9500 by MediaTek, while the gaming area would be a large 6.8″ diagonal display with a fluid resolution at 165 Hz. According to what was revealed by insider Digital Chat Station, the phone has already been certified by a Chinese authority so it would be near debut but it does not reveal the model number.

It could be the mysterious PMK110 appeared in the SRRC body’s database, but there’s no confirmation and the device has been signed under the OPPO brand. Anyway, it’s likely that the new OnePlus Ultra will arrive in April, in time to challenge Redmi K90 Ultra (which also would have gaming ambitions).

Stando a voci precedenti, il telefono di OnePlus potrebbe avere una ventola integrata e una super batteria da 9.000 mAh, senza tralasciare la classificazione IP68.
