The Honor 600 series makes its first appearance: here is the new design

Only a few weeks have passed since the surprise launch of Honor 600 Lite: the smallest in the family has previewed its bigger siblings (only in some global markets) but now we finally know a little more about the rest of the range. The usual Roland Quandt has published the unofficial renders of Honor 600 and 600 Pro, previewing the new design for this generation – almost certainly coming to Italy as well.

Honor 600 and 600 Pro revealed by leaked images: how will the design of the series change

The insider is always a byword for reliability, so these should be the final and real designs of both models. The look of the Honor 600 series changes radically compared to the iPhone Air-like aesthetic of the Honor 500 and the asymmetrical module of the Honor 400.

The inspiration remains Cupertino, albeit with a good level of customization and a striking final style. Also the orange color, popularized by Apple, makes its figure (for those looking for a flashy phone that stands out from the usual, but without veering toward an overly elaborate look).

Based on what has emerged so far, both smartphones would offer an OLED display of 6.57″ diagonal with 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The whole setup would be powered by Snapdragon 8 chipsets, but there is still some uncertainty about which SoCs we will have on board.

The two would feature a main camera of 200 MP, also accompanied by a telephoto lens in the Pro case. The big change will arrive with the battery: the series is expected to open the doors to 9,000 mAh with silicon-carbon technology but it remains to be seen whether this feature will also reach our latitudes.

Details on price and availability are still missing but it is clear that the debut is now very near. The launch event will probably take place in April/May, although the final word lies with the brand. The company skipped the 500 series in Italy, so it is very likely that the Honor 600 and 600 Pro will also arrive here.
