Almost a year since its last fitness tracker, the Chinese tech giant is ready to announce an addition to its wearables lineup. In a few days, a mega cross-brand event will take place, featuring various devices from the brand on Madrid’s stage.
Not only smartphones and smartwatches, but also a compact tablet (the Chinese rival to the iPad Mini) and Huawei Band 11 Pro: here is what we can expect from the latter thanks to the first images.
The teaser of the upcoming smartband comes from the Huawei Health app, so it can be considered official. The device arrives with a look similar to that of the Huawei Band 10, but more refined. The rectangular form is retained, yet the chassis appears less angular and more graceful.
Huawei Band 11 Pro features a large color AMOLED display with curved edges, housed in a metallic body with a side button. In the images, two versions are visible, with a fabric strap and gold-colored case, or with silicone and silver body.
At the moment, there are no details on the specifications, but the name could give us a hint. It has been four years since the last Pro version (Huawei Band 6 Pro), which introduced a sensor for monitoring body temperature.
The appointment with Huawei’s new products is set for the February 26: the lineup of novelties is quite varied, including the Watch GT Runner 2, the FreeBuds 5 Pro earbuds, the flagship Mate 80 Pro, the compact MatePad Mini tablet, and, finally, the new smartband discussed in this article.
