Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO: End of support for 19 models in 2026

During 2026 as many as 19 devices branded Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO will stop receiving support. No more updates, and therefore there will be no new features, security patches, or even fixes if problems occur.

These are phones and tablets that have run their course, but nonetheless we still have to deal with devices that remain usable in many cases.

Pad 6 – Credits: Xiaomi

The Android update policy is fairly varied, but the Chinese maker seems to have found a balance. At the moment the device with the most updates is Xiaomi 15T Pro, with six years of security patches.

If your phone or tablet is listed here, then it will stop receiving updates starting from the indicated month. This is not just Android updates but also security updates; in short, these models have reached the end of life, so it is worth moving to a newer device.
