Don’t be fooled by the name because these Xiaomi smart glasses don’t compete with the models that have a display. They are an audio-focused solution, with speakers and an integrated microphone: therefore ideal for calls and listening to music without the bulk of headphones.

Launched in China in 2023, the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Audio Glasses feature a lightweight and minimalist design: the thinnest part of the temple measures 5 mm while the total weight of the frame is about 27 grams. The quick-release hinge lets you swap the frame in a flash while the IP54 rating certifies its resistance to dust and water splashes.

The glasses are available in three styles: Titanium with a suspended frame, Browline with a touch of understated elegance, and Aviator with a classic and timeless style. The HD TAC polarized lenses block over 99.9% of UV rays and filter reflections.

Moving to the audio part, the glasses present as an open-ear solution with four microphones with intelligent algorithms for smart noise cancellation during calls. Sound dispersion is reduced thanks to the inverse sound field and the insulating membrane; touch controls are located on both temples while the autonomy reaches the 13 hours of continuous listening. Thanks to fast charging, 10 minutes are enough for 4 hours of use.

The device is managed via the Xiaomi Glasses app; in addition to listening, the glasses allow real-time audio recording.

The new Xiaomi Mijia Smart Audio Glasses debuted in Italy at a price of 179€ for the Aviator and Browline models, while it rises to 199€ for the Titanium variant. If you don’t see the box below correctly, try disabling AdBlock.
