The CES 2026 in Las Vegas marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of smart home technology, thanks to innovations presented by Roborock. With the slogan “The Greatest Meeting the Greatest”, the world-leading home robotics company announced a global strategic partnership with Real Madrid Football Club, uniting technological excellence with sporting excellence to promote the concept of Real Smart Cleaning.
During the event, the brand unveiled a range of products that promise to definitively remove the physical limits of automated cleaning, introducing hardware and software solutions that transform the vacuum cleaning robot from a simple accessory into a nimble and omnipresent home assistant.
CES 2026: all Roborock news announced during the Las Vegas tech fair

The most disruptive novelty of the entire fair was undoubtedly the presentation of the Roborock Saros Rover, the world’s first vacuum cleaning robot equipped with a wheel-leg architecture, based on limbs that combine wheels and legs. This technology, powered by artificial intelligence and by complex 3D motion sensors, allows the device to mimic human mobility: the robot can extend and lift the wheels independently, performing small hops and agile rotations.
The practical advantage is unprecedented, as Saros Rover is able to traverse and clean every single stair step, including spiral staircases or carpeted ones, reaching areas that until now were considered inaccessible for any autonomous vacuum.

In addition to the Saros Rover prototype, Roborock unveiled new flagship models slated for the consumer market in the first half of 2026: Saros 20 and Saros 20 Sonic. The Saros 20 model stands out for the AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0 system, an enhanced climbing structure that allows the robot to overcome single thresholds up to 4.5 cm or double thresholds up to 8.5 cm, ensuring smooth navigation between rooms with significant height differences.
The Sonic version, on the other hand, focuses on compactness with an ultra-thin body of only 7.98 cm and a washing system that scrubs surfaces 4,000 times per minute.
Both devices boast a record HyperForce suction power of 35,000 Pa, and are supported by the new RockDock base, capable of washing the mop cloths in boiling water at 100°C for total hygiene.

The brand’s expansion does not stop within the confines of the home, as 2026 also marks Roborock’s official entry into the gardening market in the United States and other markets. The new line of robotic lawn mowers is led by the RockMow X1 LiDAR, a device that uses LiDAR-based sensing and 4WD all-wheel drive to ensure perfect edge trimming and millimetric navigation even on uneven terrain.
Meanwhile, the Qrevo series expands with the Curv 2 Flow model, which introduces the roller with SpiraFlow self-cleaning technology and a downward washing pressure of 15N, offering specific protection for carpets and surgical precision along wall edges.

The innovations showcased by Roborock at CES 2026 demonstrate how the company is moving beyond simple suction to enter the realm of total smart mobility.
Thanks to the collaboration with Real Madrid and the debut of gravity-defying technologies such as the wheel-leg system, the brand cements its leadership position. Although for some models, such as the Saros Rover, the official launch date will be announced later, Italian users will be able to receive more details on prices and availability of the mower lineup and other robots during the first quarter of the year.
