Garmin Cirqa Smart Band revealed by error on Canadian site

Although the public’s attention had recently focused on the software news unveiled at CES 2026, in particular the integration of full nutritional tracking on Garmin Connect, the company seems to have something much more tangible in store.

A leak coming directly from the company’s Canadian website has indeed revealed the existence of an unreleased product: the Cirqa Smart Band.

Garmin Cirqa Smart Band revealed by error on the Canadian site

The discovery occurred thanks to the vigilance of a few attentive users, including a Reddit user and the specialized portal the5krunner, who managed to capture screenshots and information before Garmin removed the incriminating page.

According to reports from authoritative sources such as Android Authority, the publication appears to be the result of a human error in the site’s backend, probably an extra click that made a product page public that was meant to stay hidden.

Although the page was promptly obscured, the traces left online were sufficient to confirm not only the device name, but also several significant commercial details, suggesting that the official launch may not be as far away as one might think.

Garmin Cirqa Smart Band: leaked dimensions and features

Although the leak did not include product renderings, leaving the design entirely to the imagination, the textual specifications provided a clear picture of fit and styling options.

The descriptive text on the temporary page indicated that the Cirqa Smart Band will be marketed in two distinct sizes to fit every wrist type.

The smaller size, labeled S/M, is designed for circumferences ranging from 120 to 200 millimeters, while the larger variant, L/XL, will cover wrists from 145 to 240 millimeters.

In addition to the sizes, the color options planned at launch were also leaked: users will be able to choose between a classic black and a defined shade, French Gray, suggesting a sober aesthetic approach.

When will it be available?

Another crucial detail emerging from this error concerns the shipping timelines. The spec sheet listed an estimated delivery between four and five months.

This information allows us to hypothesize a very precise launch strategy: if the announcement were to occur soon, the product’s actual arrival in consumers’ hands would coincide with mid-year.

This time window is strategically perfect, as it aligns with the peak of outdoor physical activity and running, moments when demand for this type of technology is usually higher.

There remains, however, some uncertainty regarding geographic distribution. While it is reasonable to assume that a Garmin product of such prominence will also reach international markets, there are historical precedents of products remaining exclusive to Canada.

To settle these doubts and uncover the device’s real technical capabilities, such as sensor types and supported advanced metrics, all that remains is to wait for an official communication from the company, which at this point might feel compelled to accelerate the presentation timeline.
