Huawei Watch D3 is already available to buy, at least on paper, in Italy: the brand’s new smartwatch has indeed appeared in Unieuro’s catalog with a price, even though Huawei has not yet officially announced it on its Italian site.
Huawei Watch D3 available from Unieuro: what changes compared to the D2
Compared to the previous model, the Huawei Watch D3 reduces thickness by 11.3% and total weight by 9%, with a lighter strap by 7.5 grams. The screen-to-body ratio increases by 6.4%, while maintaining the same panel AMOLED 1.92″ with a resolution of 408 x 480 pixels and a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits.
The standout feature remains medical-grade blood pressure monitoring, made possible by an ultra-thin mechanical cuff and the proprietary TruSense system for more precise readings. Alongside blood pressure monitoring is arrhythmia analysis via PPG sensor and an ECG, capable of generating a report in just 30 seconds.
Completing the health profile are sleep tracking with the TruSleep 5.0 algorithm, heart rate variability (HRV) monitoring, and blood oxygen saturation monitoring.
Battery and Connectivity
Huawei Watch D3 delivers up to 6 days of battery life with typical use, which drops to about a day when ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is active; charging via USB-C takes just 75 minutes.
On the smart front, the device supports Bluetooth calls, contactless payments via NFC, plus over 100 workout modes, including less common disciplines such as golf and winter sports. The device is compatible with both iOS and Android, via the Huawei Health app.
The Unieuro listing
All specifications come from Huawei’s various European stores: the new Watch D3 is available today in some European markets, but not in Italy. We also recall that the Chinese tech giant announced the wearable during the early-September event (but without revealing the date of commercialization in Italy).
Regarding price, the wearable has been spotted by Unieuro at €449.90, with the option to add the Smile Service at €59.99 for accidental damage coverage in the first 12 months.
