Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, of which we have already reconstructed the full spec sheet awaited, would have appeared on Geekbench with the model number M1544F, referring to the Chinese variant of the device. The early benchmarks confirm the chipset already indicated previously, namely the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, but this time accompanied by the first scores.
Xiaomi 18 Pro Max Geekbench: the numbers for the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro

The new Qualcomm chipset comes with the model number SM8975, built on an eight-core configuration divided into three cores at 3.74 GHz, three at 4.03 GHz and two main cores at 5.11 GHz, paired with the Adreno 850 GPU.
On Geekbench 7, Xiaomi 18 Pro Max would have scored 3,582 points in single-core and 12,247 points in multi-core. On the graphics front, the chipset would have posted 26,210 points in the OpenCL test and 29,934 points in Vulkan, numbers that would place it among the highest ever recorded for a chipset for Android smartphones.
The test is performed with 12 GB of available RAM, consistent with what has already emerged about the device, while the installed software is Android 17 with HyperOS 4 interface, also in line with expectations for the launch of the flagship.
Not just Xiaomi: the new generation of flagship chipsets is taking shape
The appearance of the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max on Geekbench adds to other results that emerged around the same time for the new generation of Android flagship smartphones.
vivo X500 Pro Max and OPPO Find X10 Pro Max would indeed appear with the rival Dimensity 9600 chipset, while iQOO 16 would feature the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 family, in the non-Pro variant.
